Important Changes for VISA Check Card Customers

The Federal Reserve has established new overdraft rules for consumers who use check (debit) cards. The new rules give consumers a choice of overdraft protection options - but advise consumers who opened their checking account before July 1, 2010 to inform their bank of their interest by August 15, 2010.

If you would like your one-time VISA Check Card transactions to be covered by Territorial Savings Bank's Standard Overdraft Practice when you have insufficient funds in your account, please provide us with your consent. ATM and Check Card Notifications
